New Business Sales Co-Ordinator, Rayfast UK

Role Summary

An Inside Sales role encompassing all administrative & customer service functions (including order / quotation processing), essential to the running of the internal sales operations. The role will include pro-actively creating developing & converting opportunities to deliver sales growth from our existing accounts, coupled with managing new customer enquiries, working with the KAM’s where required.

Location & Travel

Swindon, UK. 

Main Duties

  • Supply formal quotations as needed promptly & accurately.
  • Process customer orders, review contracts & PO acknowledgements.
  • Exceed monthly performance indicators, including sales, margins & quote conversion.
  • Pro-actively develop existing (Tier 4) customer accounts & maximise new business opportunities throughout the client base where required.
  • Maximise supply chain opportunities to benefit customers & margins.
  • Evaluate the competitors & promote our competitive advantages.
  • Maintain customer records in the CRM.
  • Embrace & leverage the company’s continuous improvement culture & support a positive working culture.
  • Provide competitive leading technical support to customers.
